Where we ship
US only at launch. International is on the year-2 list — sign up for the email list and we'll let you know when we open up.

Fulfillment time
We print to order — your tee doesn't exist until you order it. Most orders ship within 5 business days. Tournament weekend rushes can stretch to 7. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Carrier
Standard USPS ground from our US fulfillment partner. Typically 3–5 days in transit after shipping.
Combined timing (typical)
Order placed Monday → ships by Friday → in your hands the following Tuesday–Thursday.
Returns
What we accept
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition, within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping.
How to return
Email hello@awaygamesocialclub.com with your order number and what you're returning. We'll send a return address. Once the package arrives back, refund processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Faster to return + reorder than to formally exchange. We'll walk you through it if needed — same email above.
Print defects or quality issues
Send a photo to hello@awaygamesocialclub.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll cover a free reprint and reship
- No need to return the original — keep it, donate it, paint in it
Print defects are rare (DTG on Comfort Colors is reliable) but they happen. We'd rather over-fix than make you fight us about it.
Wrong address / lost package
Wrong address you entered
Email us within 1 business day of placing the order. We can update before fulfillment. Once it ships, we can't recall it — you'd need to file with USPS to redirect.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it: check with neighbors, mail room, family. If still missing after 3 days, email us — we'll file a USPS claim and reship.
"I never got it" + tracking shows delivered + reasonable claim
We reship one time, no questions. After that we ask for a signature on delivery.
What we won't do
- Refund a tee you wore for 6 months and didn't like ("This faded over time after I bleached it" is not a print defect)
- Replace a tee you lost
- Refund duties on international orders (n/a yet — when we open international, this will apply)
